SM Aura 2NE1 Camp Out

GUIDELINES
To ensure a smooth and organized queueing experience at SM Aura, please follow these guidelines:
WHAT YOU NEED?
Download Timestamp Camera BasiC App from App/Play store.
Set time format to Month/Day/Year, hour:minutes:seconds:millisecond. (Ex. Oct 10 2024, 19:21:12:004)

At 7:00PM, take a selfie with the background of KEVIN ONG Patisserie - FOOD HALL area.
You will need this for the Queue Number issuance.

The time stamped on your photo will be our basis to your queueing number, honoring up to the milliseconds. We will not honor any timestamp before October 10, 2024, 19:00:00:00.

PROCESS
7:00 PM - Kindly assemble at the food hall area and look for the organizer - will be announced via GC.
Priority is based on the time stamped on your selfie.

Show your selfie with the timestamp for recording.
​
PreRegistration will be done via this link (Google Sheet)- your queue number will be based on the time stamped on your selfie.
​
We will transfer to the Staircase once the mall closes or any designated area.
QUEUEING NUMBERS
Unofficial Queueing numbers will be issued once we transfer to the Staircase.

SM Aura may or may not issue official queueing numbers upon entry.
​
​UNOFFICIAL QUEUEING NUMBERS MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED UPON ENTERING THE MALL TO MAINTAIN FAIRNESS AND ORDER.
ROLL CALLS
There will be scheduled roll calls to ensure that everyone is present in the queue.

Missing one roll call without any notice (toilet break or food purchase) will result in the forfeiture of your number.
Missing a roll call means you will be placed at the end of the current queue to maintain order.
This policy will be strictly enforced.

First roll call will be on October 12 (Saturday) at 8:00PM followed by HOURLY roll calls.
​​​During unofficial queueing, there will be no priority lanes for PWD and SC card holders as we will follow the first come, first serve policy.
​
During official queueing, we will follow SM admin's decision on how they would cater priority card holders, but still honoring the unofficial queueing numbers. (In previous scenarios, priority lane are catered after several regular individuals in queue, not confirmed with SM Aura, might depend per area)​
