QUEUING CAMP OUT AREAS

There are two camp out areas within SM AURA:

  • SM Tickets at Cinema level - 4th Floor - will be located at the Staircase

  • Customer Service - Lower Ground Floor - will be located at the side entrance near tower building

SAME guidelines apply for BOTH areas.​
